Fun in the sun!

Our summer is off to a great start! Mari & Gretta have really loved being outdoors. Mari loves the pool & Gretta loves all the outdoor toys & being in the sandbox.

Earlier this week we attended my company picnic. The store closes for the day so everyone can attend the picnic & enjoy the whole day with family. Below are pictures of our day at Storybook Land in Wylie Park (where the picnic was held). We rode the train & the carousel twice!


There has also been a lot of time spent in our pool. Mari has had her friends over (Mason & Grace, neighborhood kids) almost every night. The 4 kids have a blast! (the 4th kid being Simon ha!)

Happy Birthday Gretta!

1 year ago today we were in the hospital welcoming our brand new baby. Now that baby is a toddler! Trying to stand, eating all table foods & trying whole milk for the 1st time today.

Mari's excitement for a baby was unmeasurable-now the love for her sister is unmeasurable.

Gretta's birthday was celebrated this past Sunday with a small party of family & friends. Gretta had a great time opening presents & enjoying her 1st birthday cake.
